Our cancellation policy is:
Less than 14 days before 100% of total
2–4 weeks before 75% of total
4–8weeks before 50% of total
More than 8 weeks before 20% of total

Icelandic volcanic disruption
If you have to cancel your trip to Riad Elizabeth as a result of airline flight cancellations due to volcanic ash, the 100% cancellation fee is still due. However, you can rebook your stay at Riad Elizabeth free of charge within the next 12 months.
